3. Service Appointments
  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by phone
  • We strive to provide same-day service when available
  • Service times are estimates and may vary based on circumstances
  • Customers must be present during the service appointment
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
4. Diagnostic Fees and Pricing

A diagnostic fee is charged for service visits to assess appliance issues. This fee typically ranges from $90 to $150 depending on the appliance type and service area. The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. All repair costs will be communicated before work begins.

5. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due at the time of service completion
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
  • Prices quoted are subject to change based on parts availability
  • Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours services
6. Warranty and Guarantees

We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.

7. Liability Limitations

Misha Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for damage to appliances beyond our control or caused by customer negligence.

8. Customer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue
  • Ensure safe access to the appliance
  • Remove any items stored in or on the appliance before service
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Follow any post-repair care instructions provided
9. Service Area

Our services are available in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Garland, and Frisco. Service availability may vary by location.
